Deliquescent Air Dryer

Van Air Freedom Single Tower Compressed Air Dryers are the most versatile and cost effective compressed air dryers available. Deliquescent compressed air dryers require no energy or external power source. Moisture is removed from the air as it passes through a bed of desiccant. Single tower desiccant dryers prevent moisture contamination by suppressing the pressure dew point by 20°F or more at inlet air temperatures of 100°F. Standard Freedom Air Dryers are available from 7 to 16,000 SCFM. Special high pressure single tower dryers are available on request.
Refrigerated Air Dryer

Van Air Refrigerated Cycling and Non-Cycling Compressed Air Dryers provide a consistent dew point when running at less than the design capacity. The Van Air EMD Series compressed air dryers use direct expansion cooling to prevent dew point spikes. Providing a constant 35 - 38° F dew point and low initial cost, a Van Air RD Series refrigerated compressed air dryer provides the best combination of performance and economy.
Regenerative Air Dryer

Van Air Regenerative desiccant compressed air dryers supply the best possible protection for pneumatic instrumentation or sensitive process air. Twin towers containing special desiccants adsorb moisture. While one tower is in a drying cycle, wet desiccant in the other tower is regenerated. We offer Heatless Dryers, Internally Heated Dryers and Externally Heated blower purge and exhaust purge regenerative compressed air dryers.
