Van Air MHL Series mini heatless regenerative compressed air dryers are designed to protect pneumatic equipment and processes from the harmful and costly effects of compressed air moisture in extremely low flow applications. Our MHL Series air dryers provide a -40° or -65° F dew point while operating between 10 to 25 SCFM.
Since there is no external heat source, our MHL Series mini heatless regenerative compressed air dryer uses a percentage of the dry purge air to regenerate the wet desiccant in the other tower. With simple twist-off desiccant cartridges, the MHL Series compressed air dryer is dependable and very easy to maintain. The purge flow of the air dryer can easily be adjusted for maximum operating efficiency. The portability and easy maintenance make the MHL Series mini heatless regenerative compressed air dryer an excellent choice for use with machine tools, mining equipment, packaging devices, laboratory equipment, and many other applications.

Lubricated Compressors - Dryer must be equipped with proper Van Air pre-filters. These filters must be drained and maintained as specified. Desiccant beds should be checked periodically and replaced if contamination has occured. Failure to do so may result in hazardous operating conditions and will void the warranty. An after-filter should be installed downstream of the dryer to prevent desiccant particle migration.
Non-lubricated Compressors - A particulate or coalescing pre-filter is recommended to prevent pipe scale and dust from fouling the dryer. An after-filter should be installed downstream of the dryer to prevent desiccant particle migration.
