Filter Housings

Van Air compressed air and gas filters protect compressed air dryers, equipment, instrumentation and processes by removing compressor oils, dirt, rust and other types of contaminants. Filtration flow capacities are available in a complete range from 15 to 20,000 SCFM at 100 PSIG. Filter housing pressures up to 5000 PSIG are available. Ten filtration grades are available in three categories: oil removal, particle removal, vapor removal.
  • F200 Compressed Air Filter

All Van Air F200 Series compressed air filter housings are cast aluminum and coated with an epoxy powder coating to resist corrosion. With 14 filter housing sizes, 9 types of filtration grades, and a maximum working pressure of 250 PSIG at 225° F, the Van Air F200 Series filters will satisfy the most unique and demanding needs.

  • F101 Compressed Air Filter

Van Air F101 Series of compressed air filter housings consists of six different housings, with flows ranging from 500 to 5000 SCFM at 100 PSIG. Custom units are available for flows up to 20,000 SCFM. The inlet and outlet connections of all the housings are NPT or ANSI RF flanges on a common centerline and include ports for pressure differential gauges

  • F102 Filter Housings

Van Air F102 Series compressed air filter housings are welded carbon steel, constructed and stamped in accordance with ASME code Section VIII, Div. I code for 250 PSIG at 225° F. By offering 9 different compressed air filter housings, with flows ranging from 1,500 to 20,000 SCFM at 100 PSIG, Van Air has an F102 Series filter housing to meet a wide range of applications.

  • Mist Elminator Filters

Van Air Mist Eliminator Filter Housing is a special purpose coalescing filter to handle large amounts of oil with minimal pressure drop in the air line. Like the housing, the coalescing filter element used with our Mist Eliminator is built to last. Designed to handle large amounts of oil within the air stream, the filter element is constructed of a thick bed of glass fibers that facilitates self-cleaning and continuous draining. On average, the filter element only needs to be replaced every ten years and carries a ten year prorated warranty.
